There are two types of booth sites that can be secured in eBudde – “Troop Sales” and “Council Sales.”
Troop Sales
Each troop enters their location, date and time after receiving approval from a store manager.
In eBudde, select the “Booth Sites” tab, click on “My Sales” and enter your booth sale information. Once the council approves your sale, eBudde will send an automated e-mail telling you if the sale has been approved. In addition, the text in eBudde will become green when approved. If there is a conflict and the sale is denied, the text will become orange.
Council Sales
These are sale opportunities coordinated by the council. Troops just need to select the date and time they would like.
In eBudde, select the “Booth Sites” tab and click on “Council Sales” to view any available sales scheduled by the council. If the listing is green, there is availability and your troop can secure a date & time.
No automated email is generated for council sales. Your confirmation is your ability to select the date. You can confirm your selection by clicking on the blue box labeled “current signups”.
