Listed below are suggestions from the bakery for the number of case needed for your booth sales.

Please keep in mind the following things to also assist in determining what you will need. Remember, these are only suggestions.

• Location of sale – high traffic?
• Number of hours
• Weather conditions

To determine how many cookies are needed for a booth sale, here is a guide. This list only includes the 5 main varieties. So when choosing, you may want to add in smaller amounts of the other varieties.

• 3 hour sale: 2 cases of thin mints, tagalongs,& samoas, 1 case each of do-si-dos & trefoils.
• 6 hour sale: 5 cases of thin mints, 4 cases of tagalongs & samoas and 2 cases of do-si-dos & trefoils.
• 9 hour sale: 8 cases of thin mints, and 4 cases of tags & samoas & 2 cases of the rest.
